In accordance with Section 4 of the Ohio Automobile Insurance Plan, the annual meeting of all subscriber companies will be held September 8, 2020 virtually via Zoom. Participants will receive meeting link and participation information via e-mail.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and State Farm Mutual Insurance have both informed the Plan they seek re-election to the Governing Committee as non-affiliated insurance company representatives, and desire proxies on their behalves from other non-affiliated companies that will not be attending the annual meeting.

Subscriber companies are encouraged to have a representative at the annual meeting. In the event your company cannot have a representative present, you are requested to complete the online by September 1, 2020. This proxy is very important, as it enables the Plan to have a quorum for the meeting.
